How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the current high demand for our products, we allow a delivery time of 5-8 business days. We are working hard to improve delivery times.

When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, it can currently take up to 1-3 days for your order to be shipped.

To which countries do you ship?

We only ship within Germany and Austria.

Can I cancel the order?

After placing your order, you can cancel it free of charge within 24 hours. Please send us an email to do so.

After 24 hours, you can only cancel the order by returning the goods. You will then receive your money back.

Where is my package?

After the package has been packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company and you will receive an email for tracking. With this tracking number, you can track your package.

My tracking number doesn't work?

It can take up to 2 days for the package to update its location. We ask for your patience. If tracking shows nothing, try setting the courier to DHL and re-entering the number.
