When can I return my order?

You have the option to return your order to us without any hassle within fourteen days of receiving the package. Or you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Simply send an email to us (support@mokhatie.com).

Important: Removing Fingerprints

If you wish to return a bag with a fingerprint scanner, all stored fingerprints must be removed before returning the item.

How to remove fingerprints:

  • Consult the bag's manual for detailed instructions on how to reset the fingerprint scanner.
  • For questions or problems, please contact our customer service at support@mokhatie.com

 

  • Consequences if fingerprints are not removed:
  • If the fingerprints have not been completely removed, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

How can I return my order?

We can only accept the goods and refund your purchase price if you return the goods to us in perfect condition. If you have already tried the goods, worn them outside, or if they do not arrive back to us in the condition in which we sent them to you, we unfortunately cannot refund the purchase price. Please keep this in mind!

The following steps are for you to complete:

1. Check if the package is in perfect condition.

2. Fill out the cancellation form (you'll find it if you scroll down further).

3. Send the completed cancellation form to the following email: 

    support@mokhatie.com

4. Pack your parcel and send it to the address provided in the cancellation form. Not to the sender's address!

5. After we have checked the product for damage, you will receive the purchase price back immediately.

Important: Please do not send the item back to the sender's address under any circumstances!

How do I get a return label?

We are not obligated to provide a return label.

We ship free of charge within Germany & Austria.

However, we do not offer free return labels. We ask for your understanding!
